Sydney, 4th April - 4th April
with Tracey Spicer
Looking to ramp up your media profile? Want to be more confident with media interviews? Perhaps you’ve got some big announcements around the federal budget and you need to make sure your delivery is top-notch?
Australian Progress is pleased to offer a one-day small-group masterclass with leading news journalist and anchor, and media skills trainer, Tracey Spicer.
Places are strictly limited. To secure yours, purchase your place using the form below and make sure to answer the relevant questions about your experience.
Tracey provides practical advice based on her personal experience, and brings an incredibly supportive coaching style to her media training. The group will be limited to 10 participants.
- Practical exercises in body language, gesture, voice, eye contact and breathing for improved on camera presentation
- Individual advice on how to deal with nerves
- A focus on delivering the “right message” – how to be concise, positive and deliver that “useable grab”
- Intensive simulated on-camera exercises, with video reviews to fast track improved performance
The cost for this training is $1100 (organisations with revenue of over $5M), $900 (organisations with total revenue $500K to 5M) and $750 (organisations with under $500K in revenue). We are particularly keen to include voices that represent key constituencies excluded from the Australian public debate, and we may offer one scholarship available for individuals without major organisational support.
We particularly encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply – especially elders and young campaigners and advocates, and we invite applications from recently arrived migrants, including refugee and people seeking asylum.
