Ariahne Thompson began her career with LUSH four years ago by leading a team as a store manager in Sydney. Her passion for animal and human rights, combined with her strong sense of empathy and commitment to igniting social change led her to take on the challenge of Charitable Communications Specialist for LUSH. As Charitable Communications Specialist for the last 3 years, Ari has forged strong relationships with influential organisations in the campaigning sector, led issue based campaigns on human rights, animal welfare and environmental protection for LUSH and collaborated with Directors and internal teams to use the business as a mechanism for social change.
