Comms & Campaigns Adviser / Chief of Staff, Office of Mark Parnell MLC

Cate is currently the Chief of Staff for Greens SA MLC Mark Parnell, with a focus on communications, campaigns and parliamentary business. She has worked for the Greens and Greens MPs in various roles in SA since 2003. Cate’s previous roles include CPSU Union Organiser, Public Servant, Kitchen and Bathroom Designer, Ski Instructor and Coordinator for Greenpeace’s Frontline fundraising program in SA. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts and Masters Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Adelaide. Cate has been an activist for 30 years, working to create a society that prioritises shared wellbeing on a healthy planet.
