Nick Haines

Nick Haines helped design and implement the organizing and communications strategy of Cathy McGowan’s campaign in the federal seat of Indi. He has a degree in Political Science from the University of Melbourne and studied contemporary social movements and political campaigning at McGill University in Montreal. While there he was involved in the country’s largest ever student protests (which later became known as the Maple Spring) and worked with youth voter engagement organization, Apathy is Boring in their digital area. Back home he has been involved in a number of election campaigns at state and federal levels and is currently working for SumOfUs.
