Doug is a social impact strategy and policy consultant, with a passion for social justice and addressing structural inequity. He works at Social Ventures Australia, supporting for-purpose organisations tackle challenges they're facing. Recently his work has focused on supporting First Nations, government, and place-based initiatives. Prior to SVA, Doug worked at the Department of the Prime Minister & Cabinet advising on education policy, and engaging with First Nation communities in Central Australia. Doug has a double Bachelor of Commerce/Arts from the University of Sydney.
