Co-founder, Warriors of the Aboriginal Resistance

Meriki is the Co-founder of Warrior of the Aboriginal Resistance (WAR) and doing Advocacy at Djirra. She is passionate about ending men’s violence, deaths in custody and stopping Aboriginal kids from being stolen. Meriki is one of the lead organisers for Invasion Day Melbourne and assisted in the abolition of public drunkenness. Meriki support various different groups from Grandmother Against Removals and the newly established Pay The Rent scheme.
