Policy & Health Promotion Manager, Women's Health Victoria

Mischa began her career in social policy in the Victorian Department of Premier & Cabinet, and has since spun outwards to the community sector and grassroots activism. Mischa has worked on a range of social change issues, including mental health, disability services, child protection and youth justice. At Women's Health Victoria, she manages a team focusing on women’s equality, prevention of violence against women, and sexual and reproductive health. In her voluntary capacity, Mischa has been involved in environmental activism for more than fifteen years. Most recently, she has funneled her energy into Extinction Rebellion. She is also a board member at Inner Melbourne Community Legal.
